To help keep your new pet healthy we recommend a series of physical exams, tests, and vaccinations. These can prevent serious disease and even death of your kitten.
For Your 6 week old kitten we recommend
- Physical Exam
- Fecal Exam
- Deworming
- First Upper Respiratory Booster
- Food Kit with Vaccination Record- Free
For Your 9 week old kitten we recommend
- Physical Exam
- Fecal Exam (if not done at 6 weeks)
- Repeat deworming
- Second Upper Respiratory Booster
- Revolution Sample Kit- Free
For Your 12 week or older kitten we recommend
- Physical Exam
- Fecal Exam (if not done at 6 or 9 weeks)
- Repeat deworming (if not already done twice)
- Feline Leukemia (FeLv)/FIV/Heartworm Test
- Last Upper Respiratory Booster
- Rabies Vaccine
- First FeLv Booster (if kitten will not be 100% inside)
- Picture ID card in the mail in a couple of weeks- Free
For Your 15 week or older kitten we recommend
- Physical Exam
- Last FeLv booster (if kitten had first booster at 12weeks)
At 6 months old your kitten is ready to be spayed or neutered. All surgeries are done in the mornings and your kitten must be held off food and water the night before surgery.
One year from your kitten’s 12 week visit it will be due it’s First Annual Exam.
